Lands’ End –- worked in-conjunction with corporate training staff to roll-out a new Enterprise Application (Windchill). Translated style specifications and process diagrams to create training documentation and student exercises. Worked with multiple internal applications and designed course material using corporate templates and forms.  Gained a working knowledge of the product development process to customize training activities.

 PTC - - Created Training documentation to support CMMI Level 3 Evaluation for Organizational Training. Created an internal Training Plan Template, Standard Operating Procedures for Planning of Training, Execution of Training and Assessment of Training.  Additional artifacts included: Needs Assessment forms, Process Improvement Plan Template, Training Surveys, Instructor evaluations and Course evaluations

 General Electric Consumer Finances (GECF) -Call Center Training - Support Front-Line Associate training program (New Employee Training Program - 4 weeks). Topics included: customer service fundamentals, professionalism, finance basics, Compliance, credit reporting, applications for private label and dual-card credit cards, telephony, database fundamentals, workstation basics and supporting Private Label Credit Card clients and Dual Cards (MasterCard and PLCC combined). Instructed additional courses to include Dual Card, Paypal and FDR.

 Wells Fargo Academy - Call Center Training - Support mortgage training at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage - Conducted the "Expert Agent New-Hire Training Program".  A six week course containing the following components: Mortgage Basics, Communication Essentials, Sales Basics, Telephony Basics, Dream of Home-Ownership, Loan Documents, multiple computer applications, database fundamentals, principles of Customer Service and Cross-selling. Also responsible for a multitude of other related classes to support additional products offered by WFHM (Insurance, legal plans, early pay-off etc…) Also work with CSR's on an individual basis to enhance job performance skills (re-enforcement training) - monitoring individual phone calls and provide feedback to CSR and QA Department.
